About the Product
The aloo paratha is delicious in taste and is very easy to cook. It will remind you of your moms made aloo paratha. Certified by FSSAI, ISO 9001:2008 & HACCP, its a great breakfast or evening snack for you.
Ingredients
Coreinder, red chilli, turmeric, cumin, asafoetida, black salt, dry mango powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, pomegranate seeds & mint
How to Use
Take the flour from the packet in a big bowl. Add 250 ml (1 glass) of lukewarm water to it and make a dough. Then take some oil or ghee and apply it on the dough. Now cover the dough with a wet cloth for 10 to 15 minutes. Now take the potato stuff from the packet and add 150 ml of water separately and make the potato stuffing. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes by covering it with a wet cloth. After 10 minutes pinch small balls from the dough, flatten them and dust with flour. Place the stuffing in the centre. Now make it in the size of a paratha and cook it on the tawa. Serve the Aloo Prantha with butter or you can enjoy it with curd or green chutney.
